Boy oh boy I finally got to see a full length 3D movie!

And it's called Monsters vs Alien ... or something like that. The story is quite simple. Man meets monster. Monster eats man. Alien invades earth. Monster eats alien. And so on and so forth ... or something like that.
The movie is mildly entertaining, so I guess I could recommend eating some popcorn with the 3D goggles on while watching it.

Did I mention that the alien dies?

Sport .... Renault Sport

I own a RenaultSport Megane 225 with the cup chassis. This means I like sporty cars and especially RenaultSport hot hatches. So, there was no way I could miss out the national RenaultSport meeting ...

We met, had a chat, took a zillion photos, and had a little woosh and swoosh on the twisty but bumpy roads of our beloved Prahova Valley ... Did I mention it was bumy? I meant it was B u M p Y ! I think my brain still dances because of the bumps.

There were the usual 197s and 225s and R26s and R27s...

Let's get one thing clear ... this movie ain't runnin for no Oscar nomination. We got a paper thin plot, and the twists and turns of the movie ain't gonna surprise no one. We got cars, sex, drugs, guns and cash, and if don't dig that you'd better go run see 7 Pounds... you wiener!

You'll see car chases, explosions, fights, car chases and chicks with boobies ... on cars ... before they explode ... after a car chase ... which takes place after a fight... you get the idea...

You'd better go see this movie ... FAST! This is way better than the previous F&Fs ...

Did I mention Torreto is some kind of psychic medium?

7 Pounds of Will Smith

This is a pretty good movie and I don't wanna spoil it for you, so I decided I'm just gonna blabber about how good looking Will Smith is. This guy is some kind of Benjamin Button! He's looking way better than he did years ago. He has perfect skin and he's well pumped up. He is a hunky hunk!

I mean common ... Look at him! What's this guy's age? 17?



I don't know why but I think I still managed to spoil it somehow ...

I though there was only one place on this Earth that could produce utterly horrible weather, and that was London obviously. I was wrong...

Enter Vienna! ... a city which I think I should revisit during the summer since I found it quite boring this time of the year ...

I'm not much of a castles fan myself, I'm more the seen one room, seen em all kind of guy when it comes to "royalty", a concept I'm having real trouble getting along with. So seeing all the palaces and residences didn't quite do it for me. Prater was something like spook ville, the gardens at Schonbrun were gray, and it rained all the time ... so you can't really expect to come out of that with a positive feel to it ... I did like the food (and I'm not talking only about the schnitzel and the grasserbrasserwasserwurst), and the riding school.

Another thing I liked was that Hundertwasserglasservawseer Haus ... which reminds me of another problem I have ... with the language. I HATE THE GERMAN LANGUAGE! HATE IT! Come on... let's say it together : schwazentzwasserglassen! I think I just broke a vocal cord...

Maibe it was the rain that got me down ... I gotta blaim it on something ...

I must admit I am pumped up about Watchmen ... I think it could be a cool movie ... or at least I did, untill I saw ... this ...

Unfortunately, it seems I have a smoking problem ... a BIG smoking problem ... and the problem is I DON'T SMOKE!!!

It's getting a little aggravating not to find a restaurant where I can eat without smoking ... And the new laws over here in Romania don't help much ...

My, oh, my ... I think I have the first contender for my Worst Movie of The Year award ...



Before seeing this last night, I was thinking it was going to be bad ... The charm of the TV series was that it came in small amounts and that it was small amounts of different things. So, naturally, I thought there's no way they can make a two hours movie as good as a 30 minutes episode. The saddest thing about the movie is that they didn't even try...

Instead of going for the theme of the TV series (them 4 and their strange and funny relationships) the movie went for some kind of pumped up The Devil wears Prada ... and Gucci and LOUIS VUITTON. LOUIS VUITTTON DID YOU READ THAT ???? LOUIS VUITTON!!! The main MOMENT of the movie is the fashion parade, and I think they could have left out the rest of it and spare us of 2 hours of fashion commercials... I mean COME ON, who the heck dresses up like that every single time they go out of the house???

The other thing that bothered me big time was how they go YAAAAAAY every time they meet... like YAAAAAAYYYY, IIIIIIIEEEEE, YYIYIYIIYIYIYYAAAAA !!! Samantha, I haven't seen you in like ... 1 day ??? Geeeeeeeeesh ....

The story was weak, the funny moments non-existent ... dissapointing to say the least ... and I was not expecting much ...
